Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we can only accept returns where there has been a manufacturing fault, either with the garment or the printing process.
No personalised or “print-on-demand” (POD) orders can be returned. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
We are unable to accept returns due to issues with sizing or colours. We supply items from a number of manufacturers and all of these will have slightly different sizing to one another. On each product listing there will be a size chart and we strongly advise you refer to these prior to ordering your products. If in doubt, do not order.
Garment colours are approximate in all cases.
Graphics represented on the website are approximate with regards to size, placement and colour.
Please note the Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to ‘personalised goods or goods made to a consumers specification’; We do not hold any stock, everything is printed on demand to your specification.
